At Will's Refined Finds, we offer a curated collection of curated treasures, featuring gently loved Lenox collectibles and stunning Waterford crystal pieces. While we provide authentic Lenox and Waterford pieces, we operate independently and are not affiliated with either brand. Our mission is clear: to honor their legacy by passing these exquisite treasures forward for the next generation to cherish.

Unique Finds

My journey began after my retirement from military service, when a growing passion for heritage design transformed into a love for collecting Lenox collectibles and vintage home decor. Today, we take great pride in sharing these curated treasures, including exquisite Waterford crystal pieces, with those who appreciate artistry, tradition, and the elegance of thoughtfully styled surroundings.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. We carefully inspect, pack, and prepare each item with special attention. Should there be a delay in processing, we will keep you apprised.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and chosen carrier. We do our best to offer flexible shipping options and will provide tracking information once your order ships. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days.

Optional insurance is available for an additional fee. We strongly recommend insuring fragile or high-value items to ensure peace of mind in transit. 

We use protective padding, sturdy boxes, and specialized wrap for each piece. Crystal and porcelain items are given extra care to help ensure safe delivery. (recycling is encouraged) 

Yes, if you're located near Bluffton, SC, we may be able to arrange local pickup or delivery for select items (not to exceed 75 miles). Send us a message to discuss availability and schedule. 

Due to the unique and vintage nature of our items, all sales are typically final. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out—we’re happy to work with you to resolve any concerns.
